EOFY Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the OzMobiles EOFY Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering, you accept these terms in full.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is OzMobiles (ABN 27 152 120 673), of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("OzMobiles", "we", "us").

Entries open at 9:30am AEST on Thursday 18 June 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 28 June 2026 (the "Entry Period").
Entries received outside the Entry Period are not included in the draw.

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
Employees of OzMobiles and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

To enter, during the Entry Period you must complete the entry form at ozmobiles.com.au/giveaway by providing your first name, email address and Instagram handle, and consenting to receive OzMobiles marketing emails, and you must follow @ozmobiles on Instagram.
Each valid entry receives a unique entry code by email. Your code is your entry in the draw.
The limit is one entry per person. Entries made with multiple email addresses, fake or duplicate identities, automated tools, or Instagram accounts that do not belong to the entrant will result in the disqualification of all entries associated with that person.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and your own Instagram handle. We are not responsible for entries we cannot deliver a code to.

On Monday 29 June 2026, we will publish the complete list of entry codes on ozmobiles.com.au/giveaway, sorted alphabetically and numbered from position 1 to the total number of valid entries ("N"). No personal information appears on the list; entrants recognise their own code from the email we send them.
Once published, the list is final. No codes are added, removed or reordered after publication, except that entries identified as fraudulent under clause 4.3 may be disqualified, in which case the winner determination in clause 6 is re-run on the corrected list and both lists remain published.

The winner is determined using the results of Oz Lotto draw No. 1689 on Tuesday 30 June 2026, as published by The Lottery Corporation at thelott.com/oz-lotto/results. The Promoter is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Lottery Corporation, and has no control over or involvement in the Oz Lotto draw.
The 7 winning numbers of that draw (excluding supplementary numbers) are sorted in ascending order and joined into a single whole number. For example, the numbers 2, 9, 19, 26, 33, 36 and 43 produce 291926333643.
That number is divided by N (the total number of valid entries on the published list) and the remainder of the division is taken. In mathematical notation: joined number mod N.
The entry code at the list position equal to the remainder wins. A remainder of 0 corresponds to the last position on the list (position N).
This method gives every position on the list an equal chance of winning and can be verified by anyone using the published list, the Oz Lotto results and any calculator. We publish our full calculation alongside the result.
If Oz Lotto draw No. 1689 is cancelled or postponed, the next completed Oz Lotto draw is used instead, with the same method.

The provisional winner will be verified before the prize is confirmed. To be confirmed, the winner must: (a) be eligible under clause 3; (b) be following @ozmobiles on Instagram from the Instagram account submitted with their entry at the time of verification; and (c) respond to our contact email and claim the prize within 72 hours.
If the provisional winner fails verification or does not claim the prize in time, the prize passes to the entry at the next list position (the position after the winning position, wrapping from position N to position 1), and clause 7.1 applies again. This repeats until a winner is confirmed.
The substitution order is fixed by the published list and leaves no discretion to the Promoter.

The prize is one (1) iPhone Air 256GB in Exceptional condition from the OzMobiles store, in the colour of the winner's choice subject to stock availability at the time of verification, valued at $1,139 AUD.
The prize includes free delivery to the winner's address in Australia or New Zealand. For a New Zealand winner, OzMobiles covers any import charges so the winner receives the prize at no cost.
The prize includes the standard OzMobiles 12-month warranty.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the iPhone Air 256GB in Exceptional condition becomes unavailable, OzMobiles will substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The result and the full winning calculation will be published on ozmobiles.com.au/giveaway and announced on @ozmobiles after the Oz Lotto draw on Tuesday 30 June 2026. The winner is identified publicly by entry code only.
The winner is also contacted directly at the email address submitted with their entry.

We collect your first name, email address and Instagram handle to administer the Promotion and, with the consent you give on the entry form, to send you OzMobiles marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Your information is handled in accordance with the OzMobiles Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You provide your information to OzMobiles, not to Instagram or Meta.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Lottery Corporation Limited or Oz Lotto™. Oz Lotto draw results are used solely as a publicly verifiable source of random numbers. 'Oz Lotto' is a trademark of its respective owner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the Promotion, including technical failures, lost or undelivered emails, or delays outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If an entrant breaches these terms, the Promoter may disqualify their entries under clauses 4 and 5. All other outcomes of the Promotion are determined by the published method, which leaves no discretion to the Promoter.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
