Every refurbished device comes with at least 12 months of OzMobiles warranty. Exceptional grade gets 15 months.
- What’s covered: manufacturing faults in the hardware and software, battery performance included.
- Making a claim: send the device back to us, or drop it off at our reception.
- Checked properly: we inspect it and test it with Phonecheck to confirm the fault.
- Not covered: water damage, accidental damage and repairs by third parties.
New devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Apple Certified Refurbished devices carry Apple’s 1-year warranty.
Battery Health Guarantee
Every refurbished device arrives with at least 80% battery health. Exceptional grade arrives with at least 90%.
- Covered for the warranty: if battery health drops below 80% while your device is under warranty, we repair or replace it for free.
New devices come with a brand-new battery.
30-day returns
Returns within 30 days, for faults and for change of mind.
- Faulty? Returns under warranty are free: we send you an Express Post return label.
- Change of mind: send it back within 30 days with the free return label we email you. A $30 restocking fee comes off the refund, or nothing if you take store credit instead.
- What can come back: phones, tablets, computers and watches, unlocked and in their original condition with all accessories. Up to $50 comes off if accessories are missing.
Not returnable for change of mind: accessories, AirPods and headphones, and battery and screen protector installs. Express shipping fees aren’t refunded.

How it works
- Before you buy, contact us: on LiveChat from 9am to 5pm AEST on weekdays, or with an email request after hours.
- Send us the link to the competitor’s listing and to our identical listing.
- If approved, we send you a discount code for the difference plus $10, to use on our site.

- From a legitimate, well-known Australian retailer selling Australian stock.

- Unlocked models only, not carrier models.
- One code per order. It cannot be combined with other promotions, codes or store credit.
- Codes expire 72 hours after they are issued and cannot be renewed.
- Two requests per customer in 180 days, declined requests included.
- We may decline a request if we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
