Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge – Available in 256GB. Samsung's ultra-thin flagship built around a titanium frame. One of the slimmest Android phones available, without sacrificing core performance.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – Available in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. Samsung's top-tier model with a built-in S Pen, advanced quad-camera system and titanium construction. The 1TB option is suited to heavy media users and professionals who need maximum storage.

Device compatibility

What should I consider when choosing a refurbished Galaxy S25?

Storage size – 256GB is plenty for most people. If you shoot a lot of video, download large apps or prefer not to rely on cloud storage, 512GB gives you more room. The 1TB S25 Ultra is for heavy users who want to avoid storage limits entirely.

Size preference – The S25 suits one-handed use at 6.2 inches. The S25+ and S25 Ultra both offer larger displays for media, gaming and multitasking. The S25 Edge is worth considering if you want a slim profile over a large footprint.

S Pen – Only the S25 Ultra includes a built-in S Pen. If you use a stylus for notes or navigation, this is the model to choose.
